The Survive and Thrive Advocacy Center (STAC) is proud to present “Imagine Freedom 2024: A Fundraising Event” on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at 621 Gallery in Railroad Square, Tallahassee (650-3 Railroad Square).
This annual fundraiser helps STAC, a referral agency of the National Human Trafficking Hotline, provide support to survivors of sex and labor trafficking and teach people in the Big Bend how to recognize, report and prevent trafficking.
At Imagine Freedom 2024, guests can look forward to a gratitude-filled reception where STAC will honor the changemakers and those who have helped fortify the community against sex and labor trafficking through community awards and recognition. There will also be labor trafficking-free treats and drinks to share.
This year, STAC will be unveiling a portable mural that will be part of the January 2024 Human Trafficking Prevention Month observance and featured at venues where STAC provides services throughout the year (Wakulla, Franklin, Liberty, Gadsden, Leon, and Jefferson counties).
Tickets to Imagine Freedom 2024 can be purchased for $25 on the STAC website.
There are also a limited number of event sponsorship opportunities available. For more information or to learn more about STAC’s mission to serve human trafficking survivors, please contact Robin Hassler Thompson, STAC executive director, at robin@surviveandthriveadvocacy.org, 850-597-2080 or visit https://surviveandthriveadvocacy.org/imagine-freedom-2024/.
